Ever since Ms. Jessica was a child herself, she knew she wanted to become a teacher. When she used to play "school" with her younger sister, Ms. Jessica was always the teacher. She would work to help her sister learn new concepts and created so many memories together doing so!

Ms. Jessica has 17+ years of experience working with students from birth through 5th grade, including working as a kindergarten and 1st grade teacher. She presents engaging, hands-on lessons that enable students to understand new concepts with ease while incorporating social-emotional learning strategies such as problem-solving, self-regulation and executive functioning skills. Ms. Jessica models patience and a caring heart throughout her teaching as well as throughout her daily life.

For the 2020/2021 school year, Ms. Jessica had the opportunity to work with a group of wonderful preschool students in a pod environment. This was such a memorable and enjoyable experience that she has decided to offer similar classes in her new city- St Petersburg! These classes will be held outdoors in nature at a local park. These new classes will offer the children of the community an opportunity to learn and grow together with the accompaniment of their caregiver.

In her free time Ms. Jessica likes to read, take bike rides, travel and bake tasty treats! She loves spending time with her 12-year-old son, her husband and their Cockapoo puppy.
